The staff were all so friendly, helpful and obliging. The rooms are well laid out with plenty of space and a joy to stay in. Breakfast was included and every morning we were treated with a very generous and delicious selection of food. Coffee was made for us The rooms were immaculately presented and cleaned, beautiful new towels and bathroom access to use each day we stayed. Our stay at Nap Luxury Guest House in Naples was perfect. From the start, the staff were amazing—always just a WhatsApp message away, quick to respond, and super helpful. The place felt both stylish and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city. Walking around late at night and soaking in the energy of Naples was unforgettable. Nicolo made our stay even more special. He was warm, friendly, and shared great local tips. He even taught us a little Italian! His pizza recommendation turned out to be the best we’ve ever had (and that’s saying a lot in Naples). I also loved how they transformed an old building, keeping its charm while adding modern comfort. Best reception I've ever had! My wife and I were greeted downstairs and escorted inside. Our gracious host, Nicolo immediately got us a 5 star cappuccino and a croissant and told us all about the city and the best things to do there, circling them on a map and printing out an itinerary. Alessandra was a friendly face at breakfast, which was very well thought of, each morning. we stayed in the suite which has a private hallway that leads to 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. decor was classy and beds were comfortable. all worked well to make our stay so memorable. we were sad to leave ! the guest house is on level 3 accessible by an elevator C, after a few steps. there is no signage at the huge wooden door in the front of the building but press the intercom button to be let in - very secure. the location is convenient and walkable to Centro Storico and the port and many restaurants. Everything was perfect — the rooms are beautiful and very well designed. The mattresses, pillows, and bed linen were super comfortable. Great service and a lovely view from the windows. It's right in the city center, which is very convenient. Few minutes walk from Spaccanapoli and Centro Storico and walkable distance or easy to get to generally to all most interesting places in the city as well as train station for excurions to Pompei, Sorrento or Amalfi coast. Alessandra was going beyod and above to make our stay as pleasant as possible while Antonia made sure our room was always shining clean. Lots of bars, pizzerias and resturants nearby as well as supermarket. Great place! ☹All was absolutely great. The only thing i would maybe point out if i have to i that the room we stayed in has just one quite small window so it can get pretty stuffy in the room.
